Voyage L.A. and Voyage From Los Angeles offer apparel, accessories and related fashion products for sale.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors and specifications are accurate.
However, colors and appearance may vary depending on individual devices and screen settings.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you represent that:

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other governmental charges may be imposed by the destination country.

Voyage L.A. has no control over such charges and cannot estimate their amount.

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the product.

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unwashed.
• Not be altered.
• Not be damaged.
• Retain all original tags.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Be in a condition suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Customers are strongly encouraged to use a tracked shipping service.
Voyage L.A. is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Voyage L.A. will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Voyage L.A. reserves the right to deduct any amount permitted by applicable law for products returned in diminished condition.
Refund processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers.

Voyage L.A. is not obligated to offer exchanges.
Where exchanges are offered, availability of replacement products cannot be guaranteed.

• Labor disputes

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers of mandatory rights granted by the laws of their country of residence where such rights cannot legally be waived.
